Provision of annual awards of fellowships in fine art and design at Kingston University; provision of other prizes for study of painting and sculpture; provision of donations to other educational charities in the fields of fine art and performing arts; and provision of educational scholarships in those fields. Maintaining the Picker House and art collection and providing public access to them.
