The purpose of Findacharity.uk is to make it easier for people to find the charity they need or want to support. I did this by storing the key information for all active charities in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland in one place.

I also want to shine a light on the good good work done by smaller charities by making them easier to find. That's what the 'Ask' search feature is for. If you use it, you'll find that results are listed by relevancy and (optionally) locality, not 'fame' (charity size), unless you click the 'Size' button.

I previously worked at as a front-end developer at major NGO and you can see a basic profile on Linkedin. I have a track record of success in delivering small features with big results. See also the FAQs, for more information.
