The Charity was originally formed to provide support and accomodation for women suffering from the effects of domestic violence in the South Bedfordshire area. A resolution was passed by the members on 10 October 2005 to dissolve the charity as the result of uncertainty over future grant funding. The Charity's assets were transferred to Voluntary and Community Action South Beds on 31.3.2009.
