Friends of the Royal Free Hospital supports the work of the Royal Free Hospital and The Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital for the benefit of all patients, their families and the staff who care for them. The Friends fundraise for general funds and special appeals and run The Friends Shop, the Shop Trolley and newspaper round on the wards.
