The Public Trustee has discretion (on the advice of its advisory committee) to make grants to individuals:- who have been ordinarily resident in certain areas of the County of Lanark for a continuous period of at least twelve months or is a parent, spouse, widow, widower or other dependant of a person who has been so resident,- and he or she is poor.
