Protect and improve public rights of way throughout Oxfordshire. Report obstructions to County Council; monitor progress. Consider proposals for alterations to rights of way and resist unless significant public benefit. Make representations to Local Authorities on the maintenance, signposting and waymarking of rights of way. Organise a programme of walks to encourage wider use of the path network.
