Financial help for serving or ex-members of the Regular or Reserve Army and Cadet Units, or their families living in Devon who are suffering financial hardship. Financial assistance to projects sponsored by the Reserve Army, CCF, ACF and ATC Cadet Units within Devon to purchase equipment and/or services that are not available through official military channels.
