Provides Welfare Rights, Advocacy and general advice & guidance mainly to disabled people, their families or carers via Telephone, Office, Outreach & Home visits. Adheres to & promotes the social model of disability. Provides a comprehensive welfare rights service, from help with filling in forms through to commissioners decisions. Gives advice and information on a wide range of issues.
