Wellingborough Relief in Need Charity to provide relief to persons resident in the area of benefit, who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress. To apply income of the Elizabeth Goodman Educational Foundation towards promotion of education, including social and physical training, of persons under 25, resident in the area of benefit, and in need of financial assistance.
