Funds can be provided to the inhabitants of the parish of Goring-on-Thames for public purposes for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit for which provision can't be made out of rates or another public fund. At the time of setting these parameters a considerable amount of Goring Heath P.C. area would have been in the Parish of Goring-on-Thames.
