Relief of young persons in need resident in Middlesbrough who are sick, convalescent, disabled or infirm. Trustees make grants of money OR provide/pay for goods, services or facilities. In exceptional cases the trustees can assist someone eligible but resident outside Middlesbrough or temporarily resident in Middlesbrough.
