There has been no disbursement of funds from the charity during the year to 31 March 2008.During the year, the Trustees passed a resolution under S74 of the Charities Act 1993 to transfer the assets of the charity to the James Blackburn Legacy in order to maximise the potential of the charity and reduce administration. The transfer will take place in April 2008.
