The Charity's activities revolve around freehold properties in Kingsbridge. The Town Hall and Market Hall are hired out to various local charities, churches, clubs and societies. The Charity also provides social rented housing to residents of Kingsbridge who would otherwise be unable to find affordable housing in the town.
