Comrie Snowdrops SCIO

About

Comrie Snowdrops SCIO is a community-led charity set up to plant and protect snowdrops across the village of Comrie, and to create Scotland's first freely accessible designated snowdrop village. We rescue snowdrops from areas at risk of flooding or change in land use, and replant them in suitable public spaces. Alongside this, we are expanding planting across the village to establish a series of free winter walking trails which link the snowdrop displays with local heritage landmarks for both residents and visitors to enjoy during the quiet winter months. Our work is delivered through local volunteers who aim to enhance the local environment, support nature, and strengthen community pride.
