The WAVE Project is a domestic abuse charity based in the East End of Glasgow. We support women and their families who are experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse. Our services include emotional and practical support, safety planning, advocacy, and empowerment through drop-in sessions and one-to-one appointments. We work in partnership with health services, the DWP, and local organisations to build a strong, accessible support network. WAVE also delivers awareness-raising sessions for professionals and the wider community, helping to increase understanding of domestic abuse and available resources. Through collaboration with statutory and voluntary partners, we aim to break the cycle of abuse and build a safer, more compassionate and resilient local community.
