The charity has been established in order to take over the business of a charitable trust that operates a residential care home, in order that the business may be owned by an incorporated body. At present the charity is being established with the necessary authorities while the trust continues to operate the care home. It is the intent that once these authorisations are in place a business transfer will be carried out.
