NDCA owns, manages and maintains a variety of amenities withing the village, which are of great importance and benefit to the community. Key assets include New Deer Public Hall, the Dingwall Fordyce Community Park, and the Willie Littlejohn land has unlocked potential. NDCA aims to promote the well-being of people living in and around the village by organising community events and fundraisers, and its members co-ordinate closely with other local groups and organisations.
