Springburn Unity Network SC052977 is a dynamic, community-led organisation at the heart of Springburn, Glasgow. Our mission is simple yet powerful to bring people of all backgrounds together in the spirit of unity, inclusion, and active participation. Since our creation, we have delivered a wide range of initiatives that empower marginalised groups, foster community spirit, and address inequalities affecting local residents. Many individuals from minority ethnic and the local communities face daily barriers such as financial hardship and language difficulties. These challenges limit access to education, employment, and wider community engagement, leaving many with low self-confidence and feelings of exclusion. This often leads to isolation, reduced wellbeing, and limited opportunities to integrate. At SUN, we are committed to breaking down these barriers by creating safe, inclusive, and welcoming opportunities for people to connect, learn, and grow together.
