To help present and past members of the the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and their dependents, including students undertaking relevant training with a view to becoming a member, in times of need. Emotional, practical and financial support is focussed on individual beneficiary need. and delivered via outreach services and/or financial grants and advances.
