To provide, improve, repair maintain and manage the Kingseat Health and Wellness Centre building as a venue for social, physical activity, wellness and sporting activities for Kingseat and the wider community.b) To provide a social space for hire and use by a range of other new or established charities and community groups providing social benefit to the community.
