Provide schools, food banks and hospital waiting rooms with a wide variety of age appropriate books to increase reading opportunities for children. Provide community wee libraries to community organisations and schools on request. Collection of donations of good condition used children’s books to provide the stock of books for all of the locations above. Aim to increase sustainability by reusing good condition children’s books and reclaimed materials where ever possible in the building of the libraries. Aim to fundraise and work with local groups and businesses to provide funds for the costs of building and maintaining the outdoor wee libraries, special projects and for ongoing administrative costs of the group.
