2024-2025 has been an exceptional year for us. What are the key differences between this year and last year?. The menopause community are requesting Hormone Replacement Therapy as they experiencing their mums and other older family members who are suffering from Osteoporosis. The research now shows that anyone in menopause over the age of 50, 1 in 2 of us will have osteoporosis, this linked to the decline of our hormones. We have been able to reach and explain this information. More of the menopause community are given Hormone Replacement Therapy but it is not explained to them how to use it and there are options if this does not work. Our amazing members explain in our monthly shared lived experience how to use them and other options to discuss with their healthcare provider. They are also recognising that lifestyle changes and Hormone Replacement Therapy, which is evidence based and free.
