To improve the lives and wellbeing of young people and their families from Black and ethnic minority communities in the west of Glasgow, by offering recreational activities and supporting their development and integration into the community, including helping them access public services. -Delivery of community-led programmes in West Glasgow, including: - Food Distribution Service (FareShare partnership) to reduce food insecurity and food waste. - Baraka Thrive: Digital & Well-Being Hub (digital inclusion and wellbeing sessions). - Family Social & Learning Meetups and Family Connection Hub (family support and community connection). - Zakat/Sadaqah hardship support (emergency family assistance). and - Refugee Festival Scotland event “Flavour of Home”.
