About

Our charity, the Women’s Integration Network (WIN), was established to empower women from diverse backgrounds to achieve greater social and economic inclusion. We work to reduce barriers to education, employment, and community participation by providing practical support, mentorship, and access to resources. Our core activities include facilitating skills training and upskilling workshops, offering one-to-one career coaching and CV development, running confidence-building and leadership sessions, and connecting women to local services (childcare, housing, legal aid). Our integration programs help to promote a sense of belonging. We partner with community groups, employers, and volunteers to deliver accessible programs in community hubs and online. We track progress through participant feedback, follow-up outcomes, and collaboration milestones, ensuring services are inclusive, culturally sensitive, and aligned with local needs and evolving best practices.
