To promote awareness of the Union Canal and its benefits and helping people to understand the canal's history. to provide recreational activities, facilities and activities using our passenger boat, Heatherbell. to promote, encourage and assist in the restoration and maintenance of the Union Canal using our workboat, Roseann and to do all things necessary to that end but not limited to litter picking, trimming vegetation and removing obstacles from the water
