All the business and proceedings of the Presbytery shall be conducted in accordance with the constitution of the parent body, the Free Church of Scotland, (charity number SC01295) under the supervision of the Presbytery of the bounds, and in terms of the Acts, Deliverances or directions of the General Assembly of the Free Church of Scotland.
