About

Project Esperanza exists to support, empower, and uplift Black, migrant, and other racialised communities in Scotland. We do this by creating culturally safe spaces, providing trauma-informed wellbeing support, and strengthening community voice. Our work includes advocacy, creative and therapeutic programmes, youth and family support, men’s engagement, and specialist work with women and girls affected by inequality and gender-based harm. We combine community outreach, training, and partnership building to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and enable people to thrive with dignity, confidence, and connection.
