POYPIN

About

POYPIN was established to improve outcomes for young people with additional support needs by providing bespoke skills training, work-related learning and individualised pathways planning. We supported young people to develop practical, social and employability skills through tailored programmes delivered in partnership with community organisations, including Glasgow the Caring City. The charity identified beneficiaries, created personalised learning pathways, and offered skills-based courses, work placements and transition support. Our aim was to reduce barriers, increase confidence and ensure young people progressed to positive destinations in education, training or employment.
