To facilitate and encourage public participation in the sport of tennis in Irvine and the surrounding area by providing free and public access to the junior tennis courts to members of the public. The provision of recreational activities and/or facilities with a view to improving the conditions of life for those who the activities/facilities are primarily intended for.
