Dementia Scotland, has been set up ,to relive those of age ill health and financial hardship Activities through province of funding information, and support to those suffering dementia in scotland. throughout the year, we support families with food, gifts, transport to meetings, memory walks, we are committed to expanding our dementia community, and strengthening support networks across the country. By investing in the experience of the dementia communities, awareness campaigns, we hope to empower individuals and families to navigate the dementia journey with greater confidence and access to resources. Our focus remains on our aims to inclusivity to ensure that we reach those in need, and support those facing dementia.
