We campaign for the advancement of citizenship and community development for the public benefit by means of assisting voluntary organisations to enhance engagement with , and participation by, diverse racial and ethnic communities who are currently underrepresented. helping to establish, develop and sustain emerging new community and voluntary organisations which support diverse racial and ethnic communities. assisting these emerging community organisations to access other support services by signposting and other means. helping these emerging community organisations promote and publicise their work. facilitating linkages between these emerging community organisations and other organisations and public bodies. providing a platform for dialogue between emerging community organisations.
