The initiative aims to alleviate poverty in Aberdeen, Scotland, and in specific areas of Sierra Leone, including Freetown, Mango Farm Community, Waterloo Peninsula, and nearby regions, by providing hot meals and water. Additionally, it seeks to enhance education by offering training to young men and women in these communities, equipping them with skills for sustainable income and self-sufficiency. The program also focuses on supporting individuals facing financial hardship and those with physical disabilities, such as civil war victims and amputees, by offering start-up and growth business loans. This support is intended to help them become self-reliant and improve their quality of life and well-being.
