It's objects is to promote health and well-being by encouraging public participation in exercise through organised campaigns. promote greater social and community inclusion by actively encouraging involvement in exercise. promote and encourage fundraising for health and wellbeing initiatives. and provide funding and support to organisations and initiatives aligned with Run For Heroes Charitable Purposes, for example, those focused on: general health and wellbeing in the UK or elsewhere. amateur and youth charities within the UK or elsewhere. and/or otherwise affiliated with the NHS. and disability and mental health in the UK.
