Ae Development Group – Annual Report November 2024 The Organisation has been formed to benefit the community of Ae Village, with the following purposes: 4.1 The advancement of citizenship or community development (including rural or urban regeneration). 4.2 The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. The Ae Development Group has been in a temporary hiatus. Due to a change in group membership and work within the village by the Ae Community Council to secure a 2 year lease for the mothballed school, community and member focus has been diverted this year. The Ae Development Group met on 1 May to agree the priority for the year would be to support the village council where necessary in securing the school lease. . £8000 of ringfenced funding for the Ae Development Group sits within the Ae Community Council ban
