To advance education on and raise awareness of type 1 diabetes by providing information, training and guidance by hosting events. educate the public on the issues on type1diabetes via awareness sessions, website, conferences and information sessions, reduce stigma and promote a positive attitude for people living with the condition, offer online resources and face-face awareness training sessions, allow access to further training and ongoing support. promote understanding of type1diabetes and of the support available to those with experience of type1diabetes promote understanding and improvement of the rights of those with experience of type1diabetes to combat prejudice with such experience to allow inclusion and promote a positive attitude via awareness and understanding of the condition. advance health by promoting support and providing services to those with experience of type1diabetes and provide a community base to share experiences and further their knowledge of T1D.
