To promote, foster, encourage playing the game of bowls by providing facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the members and public at large. To advance public participation in sport by promoting and providing opportunities at a range of levels. To encourage children, young people and adults through the provision of coaching opportunities to engage in the all aspects of bowls to develop mental and physical capacities and enable them to improve the conditions of life.
