The company was set up with entirely charitable purposes and its objects are the advancement of animal welfare and animal rights by campaigning for the total abolition of all animal exploitation including vivisection and the promotion of humane treatment of animals and the replacement of vivisection with non-animal alternatives more relevant to humans. It also focuses on the 'underdog' animal welfare issues that don't get as much attention.
