The charity's purpose is to promote and protect the physical and mental health of women, their infants, and families affected by or at risk of developing a perinatal mental health condition. This is achieved by providing support, education, and advice alongside services complementary to statutory provisions. The organisation also aims to raise awareness of perinatal mental health among women, fathers, families, and the broader community, advancing public health and education about parenthood.
