The Monimail Tower Project (MTP) is centred around the historic Monimail Tower, its surrounding walls, gardens, orchard, and woodland. We are a charitable organisation committed to preserving and promoting the heritage of this special place. The tower, orchard, and woodland are open to the public year-round, while the garden has more limited access — primarily used by house residents, MTP directors, and allotmenteers, though we do occasionally host public events in the garden as well. MTP is a lively, inclusive, and welcoming hub for people — a place of creativity, relaxation, reflection, craft, and celebration. We actively support biodiversity, organic growing, and sustainable living practices, and we are closely connected to local community projects and events.
