About

We offer a range of groups and activities to meet needs and requests of members. We meet in the local Community Centre and do outreach work in sheltered housing units. The majority of our members are older but do include some activities for children eg Basketball, Dancing and Martial Arts. Programme for Older People include Men's Shed, Arts and Crafts, Exercise sessions, Table Games, Social Groups and Outings using our Community Minibus. We have around 70 volunteers who are actively involved in running groups and activities.
