The approved charitable purpose is a not-for-profit distributing charitable sports association which operates, within the club's capacity, a sustainable rod and line trout fishery at Cameron Reservoir, St Andrews where it is based as follows:- 1. The provision of recreational facilities or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. 2. The advancement of environmental protection or improvement.
