We specialise in understanding behaviour as communication, and promote the use of the communication passport. In recent years we have campaigned for Calums Law which is calling on Scottish Government to introduce statutory guidance for schools on the use of restraint and seclusion, provide training for staff and make sure all incidents of restraint and seclusion are recorded and monitored.
