Our charity is set up to provide gymnastics classes for the younger generation, allowing them to improve their physical health, along with their mental health. Our charity provides a social aspect for our gymnasts through weekly classes as well as going on trips away with their team, allowing them to build friendships and enjoying the social aspect of what they enjoy.
