About

Our charity is set up to enhance health and wellbeing in a rural community, by providing an environment where people can meet, undertake exercise to enable them to live at home, to assist in breaking social isolation and loneliness, and open doors to people who need counselling to deal with mental health issues. We use our mini bus to bring people to our venue each week, return them safely home, volunteers assist us to deliver our goals, we take beneficiaries on outings, and we outreach to people who are unable to attend and who also need support.
