BANG was established to address the unique challenges faced by families of children & young people with Additional Support Needs & neurodivergence. Recognising the gaps in tailored support & the importance of community connections, we aim to empower these families through a Whole Family Approach that is nurturing, inclusive & person-centred. Our vision, “Empowering families & young people to influence society & transform lives” reflects our commitment to ensuing a supportive environment where every family member feels valued & heard. Through services such as weekly peer parent support, thematic workshops, Transition & Employability projects & dedicated youth programmes funded by the National Lottery (ages 11-24), we strive to encourage young people to reach their full potential & families to thrive. Our mission is to transform lives by addressing individual needs, promoting inclusion & empowering families & young people to become advocates for positive change in their communities.
