The Trust manages 16 rooms spread over two buildings and our main activity is the letting of the various rooms to Core tenants, regular user Groups and other ad hoc organisations who require space for meetings/training etc. Our income is generated from basically five sources i.e. Donations, Grant funding, Hire of rooms on an hourly basis or by our Levy scheme whereby the attendees pay upon attendance plus Catering. The only direct activity managed and operated by the Trust is our weekly Warm Spaces lunch which runs from early August to end of April.
