The organisation’s purpose is to relieve those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage in Shetland by providing a support service that will help people to plan and organise their own support. This includes the aim of developing a brokerage service to support people who need assistance in deciding for themselves what help they want and how they should be supported.
