Under The Trees Ltd has a Board of Directors that meets every quarter, or sooner depending on the requirements of the charity. Meetings are held on-line on a quarterly basis. There are currently 5 directors but we have no limitations as to the upper number that can be on the board. The board is responsible for the strategic direction and policy of the charity. The directors are from a variety of different backgrounds, with professional experience that is relevant to the work and operational needs of Under The Trees. Day to day responsibility of the charity lies with Steven Gregory and the Chair of the Board. They are responsible for ensuring the charity delivers the services specified and that our aims and objectives are being met. Steven is accountable to the board and provides regular updates via a group Whatsapp to the board so that discussions can be held.
