The mission of Girlguiding is to enable girls and young women to develop their fullest potential as responsible citizens of the world. This mission is supported by the vision of an equal world where all girls can thrive by 2032. Girlguiding's mission is to empower girls through fun, friendship, challenge, and adventure, helping them discover their best selves and make a positive difference in their communities. We do this through weekly meetings and trips outwith these meetings.
