Provision of locally accessible support and training to disadvantaged people, with a view to improving their life chances, in particular (where appropriate) trough support into employment. Provision of support an empowerment to those struggling to access adequate life skills. This includes accessing cooking healthy food ad benefiting from community gardening. Restoring derelict and dilapidated land and buildings for uses which benefit the community and to deliver training in traditional construction skills.
